FILM
"Life is a tragedy when seen in close-up, but a comedy in long-shot." -Charlie Chaplin
Dropped is my very first film I made freshman year. I had an image in my head that acted as the seed that grew to a two minute experimental film. My image was very different then the above result, but I learned a lot in the process with the limited equipment available to me.
DROPPED
KIDS ARE KIDS

Kids are kids is a more artistic edit of my Girl Scout Gold Award project. In order to bring awareness to the reality of bullying in my community, I decided to write a fictional, mockumentary piece that represented every side of the issue and a situation that many could relate to.
SANTA vs. SANTA
For the annual arts assembly I chair every year, I created, as President and head of the film division, a holiday movie. The piece was another experimental that was inspired by my friends record breaking collection of miniature Santa Clauses. It was the first comedy I ever shot and edited. This project taught me a lot about comedic editing and was extremely fun to make.
The Match

In my first year of advanced film, I collaborated with another classmate to make, and act in The Match - a story on being yourself. We got to utilize better equipment and tried paying primary attention to lighting.
